Our no pressure approach ensures you’re supported throughout the process while remaining in the driver’s seat - we need to make sure we’re the right fit for the job! Alexis and I work with sellers to prepare them to get the best price possible for their property. We start with a CMA comparative market analysis and develop a plan with you outlining the best things to do before, during and after the sale.
We provide fantastic photography and walkthrough materials to support our marketing of the property and to entice buyers to make an offer. We’ll negotiate on your behalf to secure the best offers for price and conditions.

For property managers or landlords who need various levels of support, we start with a 30 min complimentary consultation to discuss their particular needs. We’ll tailor a service package directly to what suits your situation - pick and choose only what you need!
